LANKAI 恒溫矢量FOC直流無刷電機搖床控制器LKSC-C-T系列智能恒溫恒速控制儀表是高性能、高精度的溫速一體控制模塊，其性能如下：

①電機系統(tǒng)： 采用最新FOC正弦波矢量控制技術和模糊PI控制技術，運行平穩(wěn)，緩啟緩停，大力矩，輕噪音，發(fā)熱低，可長時間穩(wěn)定運行，帶過流過速堵轉保護電機等功能。也可適配其他直流無刷電機或者伺服電機。

②恒速，恒扭矩模式可一鍵切換。可組合恒濕、風機、門鎖等功能。

③溫控系統(tǒng)： 采用多年自研模糊PID控溫，超調小,穩(wěn)定快，過沖低。自適應PID， 一鍵自整定，超溫（范圍可設置）、傳感器脫落報警。

④ 可設置99段程序，多種液晶顯示、觸摸屏尺寸規(guī)格可選。

⑤擴展：支持 232接口和標準485ModBus-RTU協(xié)議，可接電腦上位機軟件控制，PLC等，支持MODBUS協(xié)議標準外設。

①Adopting the latest FOC vector and fuzzy PI control technology, the operation is more smoothly, slow start&stop, high torque, light noise, low heat generation, and can run stably for a long time. It also has functions  of overcurrent speed blocking protection for the motor, can adapt to other brushless motors that support FOC.

②Can set to operate by constant speed or constant torque mode. 

③Intelligent PID fuzzy temp.control with adaptive PID self-tuning to get higher temp. efficiency , accurate and smaller temp. drift.

④Over temp. sensor detachment alarm protection, can expand function for door lock or fan ect.

⑤Support 232 interface and RS485 ModBus RTU protocol, allowing one host to control multiple sets of motor kits, can connect to upper computer software to control the reading of real-time and historical data, view operating curves, and support MODBUS protocol standard peripherals.
